A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA, REQUESTING ADVANCE APPROVAL FROM THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH FOR ADVERTISEMENT OF THE CAPITAL PROJECT KNOWN AS THE BEACH REVITALIZATION-PHASE I PROJECT, WHICH PROJECT IS NOT TO EXCEED THE PROJECT ESTIMATE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION.

Fiscal Impact/Cost Summary

This project is planned and funded in the Capital Projects Budget previously approved by the City Commission in an amount of One Million Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,600,000.00) via Ordinance No. 2014-023.

Funding for engineering, design, and construction management services has been appropriated for this project in the amount of Two Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($295,750.00), resulting in One Million Three Hundred Four Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,304,250.00) remaining in project funding for construction.
